- This is your first refund request for this particular account or subscription.

- The subscription was purchased directly through SetIPTV official payment channels.
Not Eligible for Refund
- More than 24 hours have passed since the original purchase date.
- The account has accumulated more than 2 hours of total streaming usage.
- The subscription was purchased through a third-party reseller (contact the reseller directly).
- A previous refund has already been issued for the same account.
- The account has been suspended or terminated due to terms of service violations.
- The request relates to a free trial account (trials are free and do not qualify for refunds).
