We take claims of copyright infringement seriously and will respond promptly to notices of alleged infringement that comply with the DMCA and applicable international intellectual property laws.

We strive to ensure that all content delivered through our service is properly licensed and authorized for distribution in the applicable territories. Our content acquisition team works diligently to establish and maintain licensing agreements with content providers, broadcasters, and rights holders to deliver legitimate programming to our subscribers.

Submitting a DMCA Takedown Request

If you are a copyright holder or an agent thereof, and you believe that any content available through our service infringes your copyrights, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice by providing the following information in writing to our designated copyright agent:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, including enough information to allow us to locate the material.
• Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notification is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Response Timeline

Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will take the following actions in a timely manner:

• Acknowledge receipt of the takedown notice within 24 hours.
• Investigate the claim and verify the reported content.
• Remove or disable access to the infringing material if the claim is substantiated.
• Notify the content provider or user responsible for the material, if applicable.
• Maintain records of all takedown requests and actions taken.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter- notification to our copyright agent. The counter-notification must include your contact information, identification of the material that was removed, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, SetIPTV has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our service or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
